1. Digital Course Delivery and Participation
Digital course access will be granted upon purchase, with login information provided via email. Full access to app-based resources and live video sessions is included. Participation in all course activities is required for optimal results.
Refund Eligibility for Digital Courses:
Refunds are only considered if all program steps are completed, including attending every live session, adhering to daily instructions, and logging activities in our app. To request a refund, evidence of participation must be submitted within 7 days of course completion. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion after reviewing compliance.
2. Physical Product Fulfillment
For physical store items, orders are processed within standard timeframes but may vary due to demand or availability. While we strive for timely delivery, specific delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Return and Refund Policy for Physical Items:
All sales of physical items are final and non-refundable. We encourage careful consideration before purchase, as returns, exchanges, and refunds are not provided on physical goods.
3. Shipping Information
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Trainer Joe’s is not responsible for delays once an item has been shipped.
