This program is ideal for people who have completed a 21 Day Transformation. If it’s been a while since you have been through a 21 Day – consider doing one again before joining Phase 2.
There are 2 options for Phase 2 – a one time payment of $200 for the full 6 month program. OR $40/month subscription (you save $40, by doing the 6 month lump sum option).
If you are wondering how this is different from the membership – the membership is a tribe of people who are committed and are living for the body they want. Their weekly Facebook live with Trainer Joe is an informal session designed to rub shoulders with other who are walking the walk. Phase 2 has more teaching, some rules, an extended food list, and more accountability to help you arrive at your destination and know how live life there.
