The Weight Loss is an 8 session program over 21 Days. There will be 4 live sessions and 4 sessions to watch via video.
These sessions focus on your relationship with food and help you reboot your mind and body to establish new habits that will help you maintain and continue your health and weight loss journey. No more yoyo dieting!
This Weight Loss Transformation will only meet once a week. Please note that Session 1 will run a little longer than the rest of the sessions.

- First Session: 7:15-8:30 pm Wednesday February 6th
- Meetings: 7:15-8:15 pm on Wednesdays (February 6th – February 27th)

- This is a special Weight Loss Transformation that will only meet once a week to be more conducive for busy schedules.
- A guidebook and water bottle are provided.
- You will receive encouraging text messages every day and receive the benefit of accountability/community through the group meetings.
- This is not an exercise class.
