We’ve all lost weight before. This new program, Phase 2: The New Normal, is the “next step” we’ve all been looking for to help keep the weight off and keep the new you from going back to the old you. This intentional program provides community, answers, and accountability. Joe has 6 months of curriculum to walk you through. This half a year of phase 2 will cement the change in you and help you learn to navigate any season as the healthy person you want to be.

There are 2 options for Phase 2 – a one time payment of $200 for the full 6 month program. OR $40/month subscription (you save $40, by doing the 6 month lump sum option).

This will be an ongoing program that you can join at any time. It is beginning on May 12th, but you can join at any point after that as well. If you need to do a refresher/kickstart by going through a 21 Day Transformation first – you can! Then jump into Phase 2. Like we said, it will be on going, so you can join at any point.
If you are wondering how this is different from the membership – the membership is a tribe of people who are committed and are doing it. They are a community designed to rub shoulders with other who are walking the walk. Phase 2 has more teaching and more accountability to help you arrive at your destination and know how live life there. Phase 2 has more access to Trainer Joe to help you figure out what will work for you and how you can get to and stay at your goal weight.
