The 21 Day Transformation is an 8 session program over 21 Days. There will be 4 live sessions and 4 sessions to watch via video.
These sessions focus on your relationship with food and help you reboot your mind and body to establish new habits that will help you maintain and continue your health and weight loss journey. No more yoyo dieting!
This 21 Day Transformation will only meet once a week to be more conducive for busy schedules. Please note that Session 1 will run a little longer than the rest of the sessions.
